HIA hands over buses for Kherson evacuation to Ukrainian authorities

At the handover ceremony in Uzhhorod, HIA delivered 34 buses that were previously serving in the fleet of Hungary’s national intercity bus operator, Volánbusz. Some of the buses were immediately sent to flooded Kherson Oblast, where they are being used for humanitarian evacuation following the Nova Kakhovka dam explosion.
